His dark persona, which he cultivated as “the Lizard King”, and the band’s unique sound, which blended blues, rock, and jazz, made the Doors a controversial and theatrical act. The Doors had so many hit songs, such as; “Love Her Madly”, “Mojo Rising”, “Riders on the Storm”, “L.A. Woman”, “Light My Fire” and “People are Strange”. There’s just no one like Jim.
