Namaste (nah-mah-stay) translates to “I bow to you”. In yoga, it serves as a sign of mutual respect and gratitude. By saying it with hands pressed together at the heart, both the teacher and the students acknowledge the shared humanity, light, and energy within each other.
This site was created to embrace the inner light we all possess and ackowledge that we all find our calm and zen in our own ways.
